In this new deluxe knitting bag a choir of patchwork songbirds rock out to the music of spring. Denim yarn pockets and a pink, paisley interior add to the colorful medley to produce an ebullient, happy project bag that is sure to get your creative juices flowing. Like all my deluxe knitting bags, this bag features a main compartment measuring 13" wide x 11" tall x 4.5 " deep. It is fully lined and has six interior pockets to organize all your accessories, + a removable needle case that can accomodate standard 10" needles, or be modified for circulars or crochet hooks (please specify which when ordering). Attached to either end of the body of the bag are separate yarn pockets that have a flap with velcro closure and a centered grommet from which the yarn can unwind, keeping it clean and tangle-free as you knit. The main compartment closes with a large overlapping flap that secures with a common sense twist fastener, to protect projects, patterns and tools. It has a reinforced bottom, and double-sewn corners. The handles are constructed out of 1" nylon webbing and are adjustable to allow the tote to be carried over the shoulder or as a handbag. Multiple layers of fabric have been used in the construction of this bag to lend strength and durability to the design. The fabrics have been Scotchguard treated to repel dirt and stains.
